The blend of marketing, branding, and product design still informs how I work today. I care deeply about crafting experiences that are clear, useful, and commercially meaningful. Whether I'm defining strategy, mentoring designers, or refining details in the UI, I always come back to the same goal: make things work better for people.

I love a challenge; the more complex the better. For me there is nothing more rewarding than taking a complicated problem, breaking it down and delivering a beautifully simple solution. I question everything, continually asking "can this be better?"

Over the past 15 years I've worked as both a designer and a front-end developer. I actually run my own small digital agency called NATIVEREZ where you can see all my web projects. Projects have included small websites for local businesses right through to larger e-commerce applications.

• I've created brand identities and guidelines, logos, stationery, brochures, newsletters and internal reports.

• I've contributed to streamlining work-flows and internal processes.
• I've helped to improve the working relationships between designers and developers.
• I've led on the hiring for design teams and skilled up designers from junior to senior.
• I've attended and continue to attend conferences and product meetups across the world.
